When searching for content, the SOLR request sent contains : contentLanguage:"CURRENT"
I was looking for validated content.
this request can not work.
+ there is a second kisscool effect 
, it GUI does not contains any results but the tool for filtering is containing a result (have a look to the screenshot)

added a comment - There is absolutly not contentLanguage : "CURRENT" except in advanced view that is a duplicate.
There error here is that SOLR returns 4 results, but only 1 is displayed in the grid... why ?

This was a repository issue.
Due to an error in migration script, data were corrupted and indexation failed.
The error was that "checkin, checkout" was called only on validated nodes
