      How te reproduce

      • Create page
      • Create a first subpage
      • Create second subpage with the same title as the first one (different content)
      • Validate all contents
      • Go to page
        => only the first subpage is on the menu, the second is nowhere to be found on the site

          Yes you have to tag the page as "subsection".
          This depends on the skin you use
