[CMS-7599] Rights assignation with real profils are not visible

When you open the new tool for right assignation and when you have real profils like "Admininistrator without notifications" the label of the column are too small to understand something.
It is possible to resize but is does more clicks and when there are a lot of profils it is not fun at all

Long profiles are displayed on two lines and there is now a tooltip on column header
