Wrong rights on resources explorer when I create a link in an article edition

      How to reproduce :

      • put all right to a user
      • open the explorer resources,
      • add a file in this explorer resources
        > the file is well added
      • Edit an article,
      • select a word and create a link to de shared resource,
        > the file you added before is here but you does not have rights to add a new file (this is what it is writed at the bottom)
