How to reproduce :

• Click on the root of the sitemap panel,
• The "page" tab appears in the ribbon but we stay on the home tab.

Expected behavior :

• When I click on the root of the sitemap panel, the page tab should appears and be open in order to be able to click directly on the button "add a new page". That was the behavior on V3.
