How to reproduce :

• in cms/_admin delete to the admin profile the right to create an article and save
• in the cms/ connect you, using admin profile
• in an existing page try to add an article : article content type does not appears in the list of contents
• in the sitemap, create a new page using the assistant.
  > in the create content step, there is the article content type ,
  > you can create an article
