How to reproduce:

• in a content, insert a list of items.
• put the cursor on the first item and click on the button to apply the bullet
  > All items are modified and get the same bullet
• put the cursor on the first item again and click on the button to apply an enumarated list
  > Only the first item is modified.

Expected behavior:
All items should be modified whether we are talking about enumerated list or not.
