How to reproduce on IE11 :

• open sitemap and profile assignment panels
• click on a page of the sitemap : the page tab appears in the ribbon
• put the focus on the profile assignment panel : the profile assignment tab replace the page tab in the ribbon
• click on a page of the sitemap : the page tab does not appears in the ribbon

Expected behavior :

• a simple click on a page of the sitemap should open the page tab in the ribbon. That is the behavior on chrome and FF.
