[PopulationContext] When in login page of BO site with one population, populations are asked though

      ...among the populations linked to all contexts (sites)

      For instance, if I have "Site1" linked to "pop1" and "Site2" linked to "pop2" (with form CP each), and I go to http://localhost:8080/cms/site1/index.html, I'm on the "Ask population" step

          The time it was working, was the time you miss-implented the spec (at the very begining of your code)

          This is not a bug, as it has been done by design.
          Moreover this can be discussed since it has pros and cons

          For example a user could not find its population and beeing lost...
