With mysql base, if I create a user on uppercase then I delete it and create a new one on lowercase, the first user is created again instead of create the user writed with lower cases

      How to reproduce it :

      • in _admin, create a user "Admin"
      • affect it as administrator of a site
      • then delete this user
      • create a new user "admin" writed only with lower cases
      • the new user created has the first letter on uppercase like the first user created

          If I restart tomcat after delete the user Admin, the second one is well created with only lowercases
