Multiple UI issues with facets' panel

      With a lot of results and a lot of facets

      1) Some facet with 0 results are visible (screenshot 1)

      2) When expanding a facet group, the facets of another group with 0 result appear (they were hidden before) (screenshot-2)

      3) Scrolling issue after selecting a facet : sometimes after selecting a facet at bottom of the facet panel, the number of remaining facets is small, but the scroll in facets panel remains at bottom, so the facet panel can appear empty. We need to scroll at top to see the remaining facets

          The facet values with a count of 0 were not well handled (retrieving the DOM elements was not a good idea)
          I brought back the filter on the store
