Cache monitoring datasource (cache.monitoring.datasource.jdbc.pool) is always initialized even if cache.monitoring.schedulers.enable is set to false or the feature web/cache.monitoring is excluded.

The feature org.ametys.web.sql.cache.monitoring.init should have the feature dependency cache.monitoring and org.ametys.core.script.SqlTablesInit should test cache.monitoring.schedulers.enable parameter.
