      read-access/{coreName}/anonymous?ids=content://...,content://...

      and

      read-access/{coreName}/{populationId}/{login}?ids=content://...,content://...

      Now only 

      read-access/{coreName}/all-users?ids=content://...,content://...

      is used

      So HasReadAccessByObjectAction can be removed
