[Solr] Add a button to reload ACL cache for Solr

      It should be great to have a button to reload ACL cache on Solr.

      Case : Solr is relaunched manually for external reasons, to avoid waiting a long time on first search.

          The controller is available. Just add

          <control id="org.ametys.cms.solr.controller.reload-acl-cache"/>

          in your admin-ribbon.xml in the place of your choice
