At this time when a user insert an image in a rich text, the user can only set pixels. He can not set pourcentage or something else to have a good responsive behavior. 

To think : do we need to have more than one % in order to manage image for each break point ? 

Also it would be able to be able to manage more than one size of image depending on the break point to optimize bandwidth.
