How to reproduce it :

• Open the tranning offer / simple contents edition panel
• click on the new button. > a bug appears and I cannot edit the label so I refresh the whole page.
• Now, I can see the label "Nouveau" on the last entry
• I edit this label and enter "Autres" instead of "Nouveau"
• I added the search ODF in a page with the domains criteria
• I preview it in a new tab but the last entry is not updated and appears with "Nouveau" instead of "Autres"
