I can put the window "Create a new content" out of my screen

      How to reproduce it :

          From the ODF tab, create a New formation.
          A window appears with a div overlayed behind it
          I wanted to see someting behind the panel so I drag and drop the window out of my screen
          The panel of the window desapears but the div overlayed is still here.

      Expected behavior : the panel of the window should not can be dragged out of the screen.
