It should be more configurable and handle more options for the future widget for selecting criteria for Search service.

• additional fields could be put in rows
• no row (just the one for adding a new one) should be possible (configurable)
• static variables for field item ids
• etc.

But the ContentSearchTool in advanced mode must behave the same way as before and not have regressions.
