When I update a file of the resources explorer, the file appears twice whereas, the first one has been well updated.

      I select the folder "Ressources" of the resources explorer
      I import a file > it is well added
      I select again the "Ressources" folder of the resources explorer
      I import the same file and valid to update the existing file
      > the first file has been well updated but a ghost document appears above it : I can't select it, and when I refresh the parent folder, it does not desappear
