Not possible to create redirection page to URL without point

      Not possible to create a redirection page to http://exchange1/owa/  because regular expression used to check URL not allows it.

      It is blocking as this kind of URL need to be used in some cases

          It currently works on 4.1.8 in demo.
          As no code changed since may, it was working in 4.1.3 for me and maybe you was testing in a 4.1.2 or has a cache issue
