PageTool Zone selection

      1) Clicking inside a page do not focus the tool ; so selecting a zone inside a non focused tool leads to strange behavior

      2) some times the "page" tab disapear but there is a page selecting ; may happen on closing tools
      was due to error during tab close

          Temporary modification : refreshing the tool send a new "page selected" event (with no zone)
          The final modification will reselect the right zone according to the last event
