Limited access button accessible with insufficient rights

      I am able to click on the limited access button on a page but I don't have the rights to do it, then I can modify the rights on a page without saving it.

      The button shouldn't be accessible or with a readonly mode.

          Works for me in 4.3
          I created a new profile with a single right "Page > limit access" that I affected to a new user as a site "gestionnaire"
          It can open the tool on a page and change the access
