At this time if you search for contents that are draft
click on a content and then click on validate

The tool is displayed a message that explain that the data are no longer up to date. Click to refresh the tool.

If I click on it, the tools is refreshed in the way that the icon of my content is well validated

It is not clear that the tool is only refreshing data and its not running again the search.
I think it is usefull to have both possibilities because I may want to work on the search results before running search again.
