Critical How to reproduce:
- Have user directory root page
- In Rights profiles tool, have the right to create a organizational unit
- But in Profiles assignment tool, have no right on Organizational unit content type
- In the User directory tab, create a new organization unit
- Fill the name of the unti and click on 'ok' button
- You have an error message because you have no sufficient rignt to create the unit => OK
- click on cancel button
- Refresh your sitemap tool
- The unit you tried to create (or its virtual page) appears below the your user directory root page, the content appears in the repository. => KO
- The new unit does not appear in the unit search tool, it has not been indexed
