Improve the management of the service configuration form's size

      By default, the dialog box for service configuration is really really big. You can set width and height if you want something smaller but the behavior should be the oposite : by default, have a normal dialog box and configure it bigger for servives that need it (search service for example)

          That's OK if you can't see the difference. The new service's configuration dialog must have medium size by default and let the user choose a size if necessary. To have a big dialog box, the user has to put -1 in its configuraion. The only thing you can check for now is that the dialog boxes to configure the already migrated services are well sized (as before)
