[CMS-9659] [AdvancedSearchTool] Restore criteria doesn't work

I have a search model with language and one criteria with a default value (Like the general search in a web application).
I reorder then change the operator then reinitialized.

The operator haven't been reinitialized.

Maybe the bug is that the operator shouldn't be static or the criteria shouldn't be reorderable.

Fine for empty forms.
Fine on search service.

You need to be very watchful with this kind of modification when doing functional review :

1. advanced search when no language,
2. advanced search when language is present,
3. widget for criteria in search service (creation and modification)
