How to reproduce

• Connect to CMS
• Create a page called "$page" (the text of the creation page say that first character have to be alphanumeric)

Actual behavior

• the page is created

Expected behavior
Two possibilities:

• remove the explanation text in the creation page about the first character
• alert the user without creating the page

Buy one get one free
It is a remark that may not need a new issue!
If you

• add another page called "*page" under another node
• move the new page under the node of the page "$page"
  Then you've got an error which is the same as the one when you move a page that have the same name so it probably mean that JCR store these two pages with the same name!.
