When there is a syntax error into the WEB-INF/param/sitemap-icons.xml file, I have an NPE

      How to reproduce it :

      • use this sitemap-icons.xml file in attachment
      • start the CMS : the sitemap panel is empty and I get this error : 
        Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException

   at org.ametys.web.sitemap.DefaultSitemapDecoratorsHandler.getIcon(DefaultSitemapDecoratorsHandler.java:104)
