How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• create a page
• add a content, edit it and save it
• Click on the first state of the workflow to display the available actions.
• Click on an action

Actual behavior

• Two clicks are required to change state of the content, one for displaying actions and another one to apply it.

Expected behavior

• Less clicks
• Also I expected to click on the wished state instead of the current state following by the wished action
• We may have a workflow management for simple workflow and another for complicate workflow, because in this issue I was facing a simple workflow
