Sometimes some files are "duplicated".

It seems like a serious bug in the view (the first item is not clickable...)

To reproduce, I did:

• Add file abonnés.csv
• Add file abonnés-2.csv
• Then I was in the sate of the attached screenshot

To recover, I have to close the tool and reopen it (collapse all still let the extram-item visible etc...)
