Population list is not up to date after creation in _admin

      I wanted to create a new user, but when I started, I noticed that the <select> had only System admin population ; I hadn't created my population yet.

      So I have created the population and go back to user creation. But the population list (<select>) was not up to date ; there was not the last created.

      I had to relaod the app in order to have the new population in the list.
