How to reproduce it :

• While i was configuring the site, I created a static population instead of a SQL population.
• I tryied to add a new user inside of the population, but the population was static so I could not make it
• so I modified the population properties : I select SQL instead of static
• I save
• I come back to the user menu to create a new user inside of the new population
  > the dropdown of the population is not refreshed.
