How to reproduce

• Create a content C1 on site A and validate it
• Go to site B and insert the content C1 on a page
• On site B the shared content C1 is unmodifiable and the zone item show the following message "Ce contenu est issu du partage d'un contenu d'un autre site : il ne peut pas être modifié." (OK)
• Delete the content C1 on site A
• The shared content C1 is transformed to a non-shared content on site B and becomes modifiable (OK)
• But the message "Ce contenu est issu du partage d'un contenu d'un autre site : il ne peut pas être modifié." is still visible (KO)

It seems it is a zone item cache issue only because at restart of server, the warn message is no more visible.
