Sitemap is shifted down

      It seems that somehow, when a filter is defined on the sitemap, if we rename or delete a program, the sitemap is shifted down as shown on attached screenshot.

          I cannot reproduce in 4.2 (https://demo.ametys.org/odf/www/index.html) nor locally in 4.3

          I enter DUT
          The I search all the formations for the "DUT publicite" and I rename it.
          The tree blinks, but finally displays correctly the tree
