When searching for a document in .txt format with the "document texte" format criterion,
the search engine only displays word documents.
It's should also take into account files in .txt format
[CMS-9946] [New search service] The files .txt not part of the search criteria "Documents > critère format"
That's not the core of the problem.
The problem is that selecting -All- filter is the aggregation of the items of the enumeration. But sometimes we should be able to configure a service instance with the -None- option (None is not a good label though, when I say none, I mean none of any of the items of the enumeration, but for the final user it still means "All") instead of -All-

But for the moment, do not take account of my last comment (which is a feature), just add "text/plain" documents as text documents
