[Reference tables] : The display language of the reference tables does not match the language of the application

      The first access to the application was on the english version of the application.
      This determined the display language of the reference tables from the "Home" tab.

          There is two issues :

          • reference tables gallery does not use i18ntext as it was done for content types gallery during its initialization, but use `i18nUtils.translate`
          • the ordering on alphabetical order on items is done too soon, so the language of first access determines the order of items into the gallery
