Split AbstractSynchronizableContentsCollection to have generic protected methods.
I create an AbstractSimpleSynchronizableContentsCollection for single SCC (on one content type).
And some methods could be userful for multiple content types SCC, they are in AbstractSynchronizableContentsCollection.
