[Archives] attributes comments are missing in export and import

      How to reproduce:

      • Create a content and add some comments on its attributes
      • Export archives
      • Import the created archives, at least the site containing the created content
      • The attributes comments are missing => KO

          For the export, use the DataHolder#commentsToSAX

          For the import, no method exist for now, but will be needed for CMS-10443
