Impossible to use synchronized fields with disabled conditions

      we have synchronized fields (Nombre d'ELP min à choisir / nombre d'ELP max à choisir) which are activated according to the "Type" drop-down list.

      => Impossible to enter these fields, they are always disabled whatever the choice made on the "Type" list
