AccessController and RightAssignmentContext on content with SCC

      Only the first SCC of a synchronized content is checked in SynchronizeContentRightAssignmentContext and SynchronizedAccessController, we should check all SCC.

      Additionnally, the code does not use the API dedicated to SCC.
