[SCC] Last synchronization date and author by SCC

      Currently, last synchronization date are set by content, but we don't know the date of last synchronization of each type.

      For example, a content synchronized both with LDAP and SQL will only have one last synchronization date and author, and we cannot know if it is from LDAP or SQL, and it could be useful to know if it is from LDAP or SQL.
