How to reproduce

• Open a SCC search tool
• Import a content
• The content is created
• The tool is not refresh, so the import button is still available
• Click on import button

There is no alert to say the content was already imported.
A new content is created.
A check should be done on server side.
Or maybe a check is already done but on client side everything looks as if a new content was created ?
