Do not refresh the whole tree when the bus selection is part of the current tree

      Following the CTREE-18 issue.
      The tree now is able to select in the tree the current selected content in message bus, if it is part of the tree.
      But the tree is always refreshed is the selected content in message bus is a root content.
      When a content can be the root of the tree or a child (ex: courses in ODF), we don't want a full refresh if the content is already in the tree
