Refreshing does only refresh its children, but if the title has changed or the decorators, or any any column in a grid (In ODF, ContentViewTreeGrid)

Refreshing can be done with the arrow button (case A), or with a message bus (case B)... but the same server method is also called when opening a node for the first time (case C)
In case A and B the data of the node itself should be refreshed + its children
In case C only children

Currently, Case A, B and C do only chidlren
