Add the data "Defined by" to the Excel export.

How to reproduce : 

• Integrator 
• Content Types
• Click on an element of the tree
• Content Type (In the ribbon next to the edition button)
• Excel export

Now into the downloaded excel file you should see the new "Defined by" column.
