As i18n raw values is use to display the content types informations, if the current browser language has no its own messages_xx.xml, the tree display "undefined" for all i18n texts.

For example, I have a plugin which defines a content type but with only a default catalogue messages.xml.
When opening the content types editor (with a french browser) the tree display "undefined" for all metadata.
