How to reproduce :

• switch to the flat view
• hide abstract/mixin/reference table content types
• switch to the hierarchical view

We can see that hidden content types in flat view are disabled or hidden in the hierarchical view.

The expected behaviour is that in hierarchical view all content types are displayed and enabled.
