How to reproduce

• connect to explorer
• add a file (for example "mydocument.doc")
• the users receive an e-mail with a link to the new file
• click on the link

Actual behavior

• the downloaded file is named resource and by default as the PDF extension

Expected behavior

• the downloaded file has the same name os the original file.
