When an action is bloked, the explorer panel don't refresh automatically and could abuse the user

      I moved into a directory, a file whose name is the same than an other one.
      A message appears : "The following file (s) could not be moved: [Document.pdf].
      The folder already contains a file with the same name."
      However, both files appear in the same directory like if it did it, despite of the alert.
      Actually, the action did not work but we have to refresh manually the panel to be aware of.
