Explorer node can't be cast in ResourceCollection

      2.8 : move hasChildResourceCollections method in ExplorerNode class and rename it in hasChildExplorerNodes.
      (patch for 2.8)

      4.0 : need to move hasChildResources from ExplorerNode class to ResourceCollection class and check when we cast node into ResourceCollection.
